BRITISH WW1 1916 WEBLEY MARK VI REVOLVER…… .455 ORIGINAL CALIBER…..RARE NEW ZEALAND MARKED…..MINTY!

In 97% exceptional condition, we have a very scarce New Zealand Marked 1916 Dated Webley Mark VI Service Revolver in the original .455 caliber.  This revolver is all matching and the bore is mint and there are no chips out of the grips.  The revolver is New Zealand Property and Unit marked, which is extremely rare, as the Commonwealth forces from New Zealand were not large.  Finding a Webley this nice is a real score.  We call these revolvers “Lawrence of Arabia Specials” as they are famously waved around in that movie.  This revolver may well have been used in that campaign as there were a very Large number of New Zealand forces in Palestine.  This is a fantastic piece of WW1 Kiwi History.  This comes with the original 1914 dated British military holster
