Description

Absolutely hands down the cleanest, crispest and earliest non-Lend Lease M-1 Garand we have ever carried, we have a pristine November, 1941 Production Springfield Armory M-1 Garand US Army Service Rifle.  This is 100% factory original, and is a completely orthodox textbook example.  The wood is just stunning, it has the desirable Large Ordnance Wheel stamp and the proper G.H. S. cartouche of  Col. Gilbert H. Stewart.  This is basically a new un-issued rifle that has been in an old collection for many years.  Finding a Garand this early and in this top condition that is not Lend Lease marked is almost impossible.  Were it not for the Lend Lease guns that were stored un-issued in England for so many years there would be almost no early Garands in top collector condition; they just don’t exist.  To find this non export rifle in this condition is quite remarkable.  Certainly the finest Garand that we have seen.Â
