Let me first say that this is a Pistol that is so rare and infrequently encountered that this is the only example that we have ever seen. In 97% very crisp condition, all matching including the magazine, we have an extremely scarce 1926 Production Greek Army Contract FN 1922 pistol in .380 auto/9mm Kurz. This Pistol is marked ΕΣ Epsilon Sigma for Ellynikis Etrato which translate to “Hellenic Army” with an Issue number that matches the magazine number. This was the Greek Army service Pistol from 1926 until 1941 when the Country was overrun by the Nazis.
Less than 10 are known to exist in North America so the chances of seeing another example and especially this nice and matching are basically non-existent. To put it bluntly, this is probably the only chance you will ever have of owning a Greek WWII era Military Pistol in your collecting life. This is the kind of exotic rarity that is rarely seen these days.
