Description
In 92% condition, we have a very scarce and rarely seen 1920’s era 9mm DWM commercial Luger that was taken into military service & reworked in 1938 at the Spandau Depot (Su38) and also bears the rework stamp of the Ingolstadt depot #18 (HZajt18) . The pistol is all matching except for the magazine and the bore is worn but decent.
This is the exact type of re-worked weapon that the German Army was passing along to the Waffen SS during the very early stages of WWII, it is almost certainly SS issued. This is an extremely interesting and rarely seen Luger Variant and it will not hang around for very long.
