In Excellent all matching condition, we have a spectacular and highly elusive Norwegian made under Nazi Occupation M1894/44 Nazi Krag Jorgensen Rifle. This is a very early production rifle, number #042 in fact. The Rifle is in very crisp condition.
These rifles were primarily used by the Nazi’s and their stooges in Norway, and it is believed that a few of these came to the States in the early 1950’s. The bore is excellent, and a very scarce Norwegian bayonet is also included. So very few of these long rifles were made when they stopped production and switched to the much handier “Stomperud” carbine. These rifles were used by the Nazi occupation forces in Norway and also by the Volksturm in Germany at the close of WWII.
This is one of those rare Nazi made rifles that is highly sought after but rarely ever seen in its original condition.
