FRI OCT 3, WELL DOCUMENTED 1905 COLT BISLEY MODEL SINGLE ACTION ARMY, 38-40 WCF, OWNED BY THE TRIANGLE 7 RANCH, BUFFALO, MONTANA, YELLOWSTONE 1923 SPECIAL!

In very crisp condition, we have a well documented 1905 production Colt Bisley Model Single Action Army Revolver in 38-40 caliber with the 4 3/4 inch barrel.  this gun was owned by R.C. Pugh who owned the Triangle 7 Ranch in Buffalo Montana in the early 1900’s.  This is a premier example of a Bisley, you just do not see them this sharp very often. 

This revolver looks like it just came off the set of the TV show “Yellowstone 1923”   and was an actual ranch owners sidearm during this period.  This is a fantastic piece of Montana and Cowboy History and is accompanied by a book that tells the history of this area of Montana and gives a brief account of the life of the owner of this piece.  Documented cowboy guns of this era almost do not exist and we are certain that there are a lot of folks that will have to have this for their collections.
