SOLD GERMAN WW2 SPREEWERKE CYQ P.38 PISTOL……. 1944 PROD. “Y” BLOCK….. FULL RIG VERY SHARP!

In 97% VERY CRISP condition, we have an all matching and factory original mid war production German WW2 issue Spreewerke Made cyq coded P.38 Pistol.   This is fully rigged out with a dkk44 Soft shell holster and a spare mag.  This variant used the later war Cog Hammer.    The bore is mint.  This was a vet bringback that we just obtained from out of the woodwork.  This is a very typical example of a 1944 production Spreewerke manufactured P.38, they are all very roughly finished on the surface but are a well made totally functional pistol.  They were considered to be somewhat less desirable on the collector market until a few years back when Ron Clarin’s informative book about them was published.  Today they are getting a lot of well earned attention by collectors and are just as sought after as the Walther and Mauser made examples.  In a world full of re-dipped import marked examples this nice genuine P.38 is really an attractive item to put in one’s collection especially considering the very reasonable price we are offering it for.
