Late 1933 Reichsmarine /early Nazi Kriegsmarine marked pistols are esoterically rare. In 95% condition we have a 1933 production Anchor/M marked and Nord See Fleet numbered Mauser 1914 Pistol that is fully rigged out with an equally rare 1933 dated Reichsmarine Anchor/M marked holster. This wonderful German Navy rig was formally in the legendary collection of the Late and Noted Authority John James. As you may note from the early North Sea Fleet Property number this is among the very first new pistols procured to arm the nucleolus of the soon to be rapidly expanding German Naval Service.
If you collect German Naval Pistols I hardly need tell you what a significant find this is; things like this have been squirreled away in only the most advanced collections and only come to the surface briefly during their once in a lifetime change of caretakers.
