IN 97%  SHARP CONDITION WITH A NICE HOLSTER AND THE ULTRA RARE ORIGINAL CLEANING ROD, WE HAVE A JAPANESE TYPE 26 REVOLVER RIGTHIS WAS A US ARMY WAR TROPHY  BRING BACK BY LT COLONEL C.E. SHEETS AS WRITTEN INSIDE THE LID OF THE   HOLSTER, PLUS YOU JUST NEVER EVER SEE A CLEANING ROD.  THESE REVOLVERS WERE VERY RUGGED AND TYPICAL OF THE SERVICE REVOLVERS OF THE LATE 1800’S.  THEY WERE THE STANDARD JAPANESE SIDE ARM OF THE RUSSO-JAPANESE WAR AND WERE STILL WIDELY IN SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE SECOND WORLD WAR.  MANY WERE BROUGHT BACK AS WAR TROPHIES SUCH AS THIS FINE EXAMPLE.
