Description

In 85% factory original condition which is very acceptable for a Tokarev,  we have a very hard to find Soviet Red Army issued Tula Arsenal early 1934 dated  TT-30 Tokarev Pistol.  Please note, this is a much rarer TT-30 Pistol, Not a TT-33!   This is an all matching pistol except for the magazine.   You will note the early style grips as well.  The bore is excellent which is something you rarely see on a Tokarev pistol.  I might also add this is one of  the nicer examples of a TT-30 or most any WWII Tokarev that we have taken in; most of these pistols were used very hard during the war.

TT-30 Pistols are very scarce, they were only made from 1933-1934 with very low production numbers in these years until they were upgraded with the improved TT-33 Model in 1935.  Almost all the non-import, non safety added Russian  Tokarev pistols here came back from WWII likely German captured and re-issued.  A few more probably came back from the Korean War as well.  This is a real find for the serious Russian Front collector, we just rarely ever get TT-30’s in they are nearly impossible to locate.
