This is a very unusual Cz 27 that we picked up some time ago. It is a late war Phosphate Finished variant that has had a Factory Modified rear slide and frame. The result is a Much Cleaner Looking Pistol, but I think that the driving force for why it was done to was to save a smidge of steel and maybe save time in machining of the slide. Being so late in the war I don’t think the idea got very far but had this been thought of say, back in 1941, I think that they would have all looked this way.
It is very hard to put a value on something like this; its a rarity and a curiosity for sure but how that translate into Dollars is up to speculation. Its been sitting on my desk in the office for the better part of a year because I really like the looks of it. I am sure someone else will as well.
