Sold VERY EARLY INLAND M1 CARBINE OCT, 1942….MINT NEW……VERY EARLY FEATURES….EARLY SLING TOO…..MUSEUM GRADE!

In mint new sharp condition we have a 100% original very early Oct, 1942 production M1 Carbine.  This has all of the early features including the flaming bomb in the sling well.   The “P” proof is on the bottom of the pistol grip as well.  This was probably the first month’s production where the cartouche was moved to the right side of the stock.   Of course this has the early I-cut stock and the checkered safety and grooved mag release.  The original khaki sling is the very early type.   These very early production carbines are just impossible to find in original condition, let alone this mint.   You will rarely ever find a mint new early carbine this nice.
