This is the rarest of the Nazi Police Pistols with only 275 estimated to have been made and less than 15 known to exist.  in 98% mint stunning conditon, all matching to include one police numbered mag, we have an Ultra rare 1938 Mauser Banner Police Eagle K marked Luger Pistol.  This is a textbook example that falls right into the known serial range of these pistols.  There were 25,000 Mauser Banner Police Lugers procured but only 275 were every 1938 dated with the Police Eagle K mark.  There is no finer example known.  This is a serious Luger for a serious Luger collector.
