In 95% original condition, we have a German Imperial Navy DWM 1906 1st Issue Altered Luger Pistol. The pistol is matching to include the original factory issued matching numbered mag, which is almost unheard of in a Naval Luger of this time frame and is a HUGE PLUS. This Luger is unit marked on the back of the grips strap W.W. for Werft zu Wilhelmshaven, The Naval Dockyard at Wihelmshaven. The original finish is intact and the halos are still visible on the bottom of the barrel. The bore is decent but not mint. This pistol has the “Altered Safety with the position being reversed from the original setting to show safe in the downward position and the old safe marking milled off.
