Description

In mint crisp condition, we have a stunning example of the very highly sought after Rock-Ola M1 carbine, made even more desirable by the fact that this is a very early production example with the I-cut stock.  This is very early January 1943 production which I believe was the third full month of production at Rock-Ola. This carbine has the early features such as the dated barrel, the grooved mag release and the I-cut stock.  Rock-Ola made juke boxes and they had a large stock of furniture grade Walnut and Cherry at there disposal to manufacture stocks and this one is a wonderful looking piece of Walnut.  Without a doubt Rock-Ola carbines are the most sought after maker of this wonderful little guns.  This is a museum grade example of very early production and we are most pleased with it.
