SOLD SCARCE NAZI RAD REICHS ARBEITS DIENST HEWER……KREBS MADE…WITH ISSUE NUMBER…….VERY CRISP!!!

In excellent condition and right out of a very old west coast collection we recently acquired, we have a seldom seen German Labor Service RAD issued enlisted mans Hewer.  This was made by Krebs in Solingen and is also issue numbered at the base of the blade which indicates that it was Nazi Property issued to a poor looser that could not afford to buy his own Hewer.  I guess if wielding a shovel and marching around like a goon is all you are good for you probably are not going to be able to buy much anyway.  The blade is inscribed with the motto “Arbeit Adelt” which translates to Work Ennobles.  At Pre98 we just hate Nazis but we do like their toys.
