News from the office: Unless you have been living under a rock for the past few months you probably are aware that the new WWII spectacle “MASTERS OF THE AIR” dropped the first 2 episodes on the Apple+ streaming service this past Friday. I have watched it and it certainly lived up to all the hype and is at least as well done as “Band of Brothers”. It was painstakingly accurate and the M1911 Service Pistols seen in the first 2 episodes will help drive our business forward as demand and interest for these pistols grows among the broad gun collecting community as this show becomes imbedded in our zeitgeist as Saving Private Ryan and Band of Bro’s did a generation ago. This resurgence of interest in WWII will give a boost to anything related to that wartime era, especially aviation related equipment and gear.
We will be deploying more of the US WWII collection this week and there will be a lot of Garands going up as well as more training rifles. A good selection of German WWI and II Pistols as well. Just keep checking the new arrivals section on the site, the market is picking steam and things are selling at an accelerated rate.
