SUN MAR 17, PRE98 WEEKLY NEWS UPDATE #216

News from the office:   Another active week at here Pre98, we were able to pick up some small collections plus a few things did find there way out of the woodwork including a nice honest vet brought back 1940 Colt 1911a1 and an ultra rare Colt Aircrewman, only the 2nd one we ever took in.

TULSA GUN SHOW

We will not be attending the Tulsa Gun Show this April; while I might be fit to travel out there it would have been a bit of an ordeal and Brett’s lovely wife Kelly has surgery scheduled that week, so circumstances compelled us to bag it. However all is not lost, as our friend and Colleague Tom Whiteman formerly of Legacy Collectables will be taking over our tables for this show.  Tom will be bringing a few guns out and he will be selling and signing his wonderful reference books.  We will be back at the November show God willing.  We have known Tom for close to 30 years and he has brought a lot to our collecting field.  If you plan on attending the Tulsa Show this is a great chance to meet him.  

Please make an appointment if you are stopping by the office.   We are more than happy to pull something for you to look at if you have an interest; we just need to know in advance and don’t mind a visit.
