News from the office:  Happy Mothers Day to all our Moms out there, you might be suprised to hear that we count quite a few of them as our clients and they are charming and wonderful to collaborate with.  Please reflect on the positive impact they made or continue to make to our lives.

As you may have noticed business has been fairly active of late and we have been spending most of our time tracking down high condition pieces to add to our ever churning inventory.  If you have any nice firearms you are ready to cull from your collection please give me or Brett a call.   We do have nice stuff in the pipeline for this week, including some British stuff, pocket pistols and some 1911 pistols of WWII Vintage.  It’s always easy to sell the premium stuff, but we have to go down a lot of rabbit holes to find it.  Fortunately we have been able to get our Hands on some really nice guns recently especially WWII .45’s with a lot more coming in.  We have been trying to focus on locating some of the early 1943 production pistols with the Du-lite sandblasted blue finish, before the switch to gray phosphate parkerizing finish that the vast majority we manufactured with.  These blue gray gems are very tough to find in top condition as most of them went directly into combat.  The early Rem Rands and Ithaca’s especially offer a lot to serious collectors.

Please make an appointment if you are stopping by the office.   We are more than happy to pull something for you to look at if you have an interest; we just need to know in advance and don’t mind a visit.
