Description

In 95% arsenal redone condition, we have a 1918 production “Black Army” Colt Model 1911 US Army Service Pistol, that went through an arsenal overhaul just prior to or during WWII.  This pistol was then re-issued and saw combat in WWII.  The bore is decent.  This is a typical example of what happened during the service life of a lot of Model 1911 Pistols, especially the Black Army variants because the finish was just not durable.  They would be inspected and then parkerized and re-issued.  If you are looking for a nice Colt Model 1911 that has been there and done that and can still do it, here you go.
