Description
In 98% mint crisp condition we have a fairly early production Nazi Occupation FN Model 1922 Pistol. This is all matching with a mint bore and more importantly still has the original early WaA140 proofed Magazine. This is also one of the first pistols to be assembled with the walnut grips which were used as shortages of the black composite grips arose. This pistol would have been produced in the first quarter of 1942 and is of very high quality fit and finish.
The FN 1922 is one of the most often seen of the 7.65mm (.32 auto) pistols used by the Germans. Most of them went to the Luftwaffe but the Army used them as well. This is a particularly desirable example of a completely original early production piece.
