SOLD SCARCE ALL MATCHING & ORIGINAL WWI 1917 AUSTRO-HUNGARIAN M.95 MANNLICHER STEYR SERVICE RIFLE IN THE ORIGINAL 8X50 CALIBER & UNIT MARKED!

In excellent original all matching non-import condition, we have a very hard to find  WWI issued Austrian 1917 dated Steyr M.95 Mannlicher Service rifle that is still in the original WWI caliber of 8x50r.  As you may know, almost all of these rifles were up-graded to the 8x56r caliber in the 1930’s so finding this un-touched example is somewhat difficult to do.  Adding to the allure of this 1917 production example it is also unit marked 6RS/3451 on the top of the buttplate, so it was in combat.  Suprsingly, since the Austro-Hungarian Empire was one of the major combatants of the war,  these rifles are not easy to locate in original condition.  This is a wonderful piece that will not hang around the office for long.
