In 98% mint new stunning gem-like condition, we have an exceptional example of an early war, 1942 production Nazi Police Eagle/L marked Mauser HSc Pistol. This is all matching with a mint bore as well. This is a prime example of the early war high quality commercial finish with early features such as the matted sight channel and the lanyard loop. The grips are especially nice and are quite beautiful. THIS PISTOL IS ABOUT AS BEAUTIFUL OF AN HSc AS YOU WILL EVER SEE!
With the occupation of large parts of Europe and the Soviet Union, The Nazi German Police apparatus saw a rapid expansion of staff to control the conquered populations and they needed large numbers of pistols to arm their growing cadres. This pistol is a premier example of what was obtained during that period.
This pistol just came out of the woodwork; it’s part of a collection of WWII era pistols that walked into a pawnshop back in the 1970’s that were salted away by the owner. They have just recently been discovered, and we are offering this stash that has not seen the light of day in a very very long time.
