Description

In 98% mint crisp condition, we have an early byf 41 P.08  Luger Pistol in the “s” block with Both, factory original numbered matching mags (early enough production to still have matching numbered pinned bottom fxo magazines)  and fully rigged out with a mint crisp 1940 Karl Böker, Waldbrohl Holster, and a 655 proofed loading tool.  This is a textbook example of an early WWII German Army Luger Rig.  The pistol is all matching and has a excellent bore. A luger this complete and original would be the prize of any serious Luger collector, you just don’t see these full rigs this mint!

This rig has a very interesting history, it was in Germany up until around 1998.  It came out of the home of a German Officer that was killed on the Russian Front.  The late noted Luger Collector and Dealer Doug Smith brought it out of Germany and it was in his personal collection for some time until his health began to fail.  It still has the German dealers tag on the rig.  It is not import marked.  If you are looking for a real stunning eye-popping Luger rig then this would be it; this is the Classic WWII Nazi Luger.
