In mint crisp 100% factory original condition, we have an outstanding example of a very early 1st block, 1st months production National Postal Meter M1 Carbine, produced in March of 1943.  This is a beautifully cartouched very crisp example that is 100% textbook correct and completely factory original.   NPM made carbines are among the rarest and we just never find them.  This example is about as good as it gets and it is a real find.  Probably the best carbine that was available out of an old unknown collection and we are very happy to offer it to you.
