Description

In 97% original mint crisp condition, all matching including BOTH factory original matching numbered magazines we have a scarce Nagoya Nambu Kokubunji Factory made 11.9 date, September, 1936 production Type 14 Nambu Japanese Army Service Pistol.  This is a very nice looking pistol with a mint bore and the very desirable early small triggerguard.  This is the classic Early War Japanese combat side arm and would have been carried by machine gun crews, NCO’s and junior officers involved in front line duties.  Commonly referred to as the “Japanese Luger” by Americans who were not familiar with this somewhat exotic looking pistol, they became a very sought after war trophy from the Pacific Theater.  This is a very desirable example especially  from a very low production standpoint.

This is fully rigged out with the cleaning rod and a Mint crisp early type 14 Holster.  Absolutely a must own Nambu rig!!!

Scotty’s Collector Insight….small trigger guard Nambu pistols with still with BOTH factory original matching mags just don’t exist.  I can count on one hand how many I have seen in the last 40 years.  If you only wanted one example or owned 3 dozen you would go crazy over this example, it’s a premier grade piece!!!
