Here we have a real find, we have two pistols that were vet brought back that are still with all 4 handwritten copies of the original bringback papers. In 99% mint crisp stunning condition we have a fully rigged out Mauser 1940 dated 42 code P.08 Luger Pistol that is all matching except for the magazine. This is rigged out with a 1939 dated holster, spare mag and the loading tool. This Luger is a real corker, it just is a prime example of the German Army issued service pistol from the early part of WW2.
In 97% very sharp condition we have a scarce early 1944 high polish German 4UT accepted Beretta Model 1935 Pistol, also fully rigged out with a holster and spare magazine. these high polish variants are much scarcer than the very common phosphate finished examples that you usually see.
It is amazing that this set is still completely intact as brought back from European battlefields of WW2, few sets in this original time capsule like condition still exist. We have many clients who go gaga over capture papered guns and to have a set on the same papers is a real find. I would expect this to sell in very short order so do not hesitate if you want it you will only have this chance!
