In a very appealing bright 98% mint crisp condition, we have a top example of a Walther PPK Pistol with the Nazi Party RZM insignia on the slide. This marking indicates that this was a Nazi Party approved sidearm for issue to Party Leaders who had the privilege of carrying an Honor Weapon as a Badge of Rank. This is an early 1935 production pistol with the 90 degree safety and it has a mint bore and is matching.
The Nazi Party issued RZM marked PPK is one of those WW2 pistols that has the allure that collectors seek out. You have a Pistol that is known to have been at the Heart of Nazi Germany, it can’t get more historically nefarious than that and they really are a significant artifact of the WW2 era. This is absolutely a top example that really pops and it should certainly be on prominent display in a serious collection. This is certainly a must have piece for any collector.
