SOLD INLAND M1A1 PARATROOPER CARBINE 7-44 LATE PRODUCTION TYPE III MINTY!

In mint condition we have an July, 1944 production Inland made m1a1 Paratrooper carbine.  Because of the combination of  mid 1944 wartime parts such as the safety and mag release and the late war inland made bayonet lug it was probably a immediate post war upgrade and not a rebuild as there are no rebuild or re-inspection cartouches on the stock.  This is a factory original M1A1 carbine that was probably upgraded with the bayonet lug.  The bore is mint and the rifle does not appear to have been used.  This is a great example of a type III paratrooper carbine in very late configuration.  These rifles were in US service well into the Vietnam War and this is a top prime example.
