Description

In very good combat carried condition, we have a nice example of an December, 1943 production M1 Carbine as made by the largest producer, the Inland Division of General Motors. This is a classic example of Inland’s late 2nd Block production, with high wood, a flip sight, and with the correct  Olive Drab c-tip sling, exactly as used during WWII .  The vet who brought it back put a very thin coat of linseed oil on the stock which if carefully removed would enhance the appearance and the value.    This is a great example for somebody looking for a typical US WWII issued carbine with the early features at an extremely attractive price.
