In 95% condition, we have a scarce and seldom seen Italian Army WW1 Issue Model 1917 Beretta 7.65mm Pistol. The Model 1917 was a wartime emergency pistol produced by Beretta to arm the Italian Army in WW1 they are roughly made and not of the legendary Beretta quality. Production ceased in 1921 as it was not really suitable for the commercial market. This pistol has the rarer DR proof mark which makes it slightly more desirable than the PR marked pistols. These pistols also saw use in WW2 and were also used by Finnish forces who purchased several thousand as well. If you collect Beretta pistols or WW1 firearms then this pistol will be of interest to you.
