In near new condition, still in the original box we have a very scarce non import marked Czech Communist 1984 made Cz75 Pistol. This was certainly the most innovative double action 9m/m pistol of it’s day and the design is still highly regarded today. It has been compared to having a double action High Power. This pistol was diplomatically brought back from behind the Iron Curtain during the height of the Cold War and it is still with the ultra rare seldom seen original box, but no giblets.
As you might well imagine, any Cold War era Cz75 that is not import marked is a huge, big deal. With the renewed interest in this era, these weapons are avidly sought after by collectors. When it was developed the Cz75 was hands down the most advanced 9m/m pistol of the era, and it attained a legendary status, especially in the West. Back before the end of the cold war very few of these pistols ever got to the states and those that did brought astronomical prices. It was the most highly regarded Commie pistol of the Cold War and considered to be the best 9m/m that nobody could own. Even today these early production examples are highly sought after and to find a non-import marked example is a real score. This is a must have for the Cz collector and the cold war era collector.
