In nearly mint condition we have a very early production Red Chinese Communist PLA Type 53 Carbine kitted out with a Chinese Grenade Launcher and sight, and a fantastic 1968 dated extremely well marked Inert/deactivated 1968 North Vietmanese Rifle/hand grenade and the Blood Stained carry pouch for the grenade sight. Wow! what a setup! The rifle is matching except for the Russian made Bolt.
What makes this even more fantastic is that it is a USMC bringback that is still with the original war trophy bring back paperwork. This gives you all the historical context and bonifides that you need for this wonderful item to display in your collection. The grenade really takes the prize, you can launch it off the rifle or toss it by hand. The pouch adds poignancy to the probably fatal circumstance of it’s capture in battle. This is just a fantastic treasured relic of those long bloody years in South East Asia.
