In excellent matching condition, we have a fine example of a 1909 dated Danzig Arsenal Mauser KAR98Az Carbine that has the Weimar era 1920 property stamp and is also Police marked to the City of Cologne.  This is the Classic Weimar/Nazi Era German Police Service Rifle, it’s the one you usually see slung on their shoulders in the period photos.  This is matching and carries the su25 Spandau Arsenal rework code on the keel of the buttstock.  

German Police small arms especially the pistols are avidly collected but finding an actual Police marked rifle is not an easy task.  This is a perfect thing to add to your Nazi era Police collection.
